County documents show the project is much larger in scope than announced by the state, which awarded a grant for the project earlier this month. Taiji Medical Supplies, an arm of China-based paper tube manufacturer Taiji Chemical Fiber Equipment LLC, will renovate a 115,924-square-foot building in Lincolnton.
