A.J. Klenk founded Catalyst Capital Partners with business partner Beau McIntosh in January 2019. The pair previously co-founded Capstone Apartment Partners and founded Catalyst to move into development. The firm recently broke ground on its first project, The Exchange at Rock Hill, and has plenty more development in the pipeline.
