'Find a way:' Council signs off on $3M for Brookhill project if developer tightens up financing

Charlotte City Council on Monday said they will support $3 million in housing subsidy for a mixed-income redevelopment at Brookhill Village in South End — if the developer can provide more concrete financing terms.
