Charlotte’s about to get a full-service dog park and sports bar. Lucky Dog Bark and Brew Charlotte is on target to open April 1. It is transforming a 19,000-square-foot warehouse facility that will feature a doggie daycare, overnight boarding, dog baths and grooming as well as a sports bar. That concept also incorporates 7,000 square feet of outdoor play space for dogs.
