
Duke Energy Corp. will make its current treasurer, Stephen De May, its North Carolina president on Nov.1. De May will replace David Fountain, who has been Duke’s North Carolina president since Sept. 1, 2015. Fountain will become a senior vice president Duke’s general counsel office. Duke spokeswoman Catherine Butler says those are two of six moves involving corporate officers that all will become effective in November.
