Ilham Kadri, the Moroccan-French executive who added international flair first to Sealed Air Corp. (NYSE: SEE) and then to Diversey when it spun off last year, is leaving Charlotte for a new job in Europe. Kadri has been named CEO and chairwoman of Brussels-based Solvay Group. She takes over the new job on March 1 but will report to work at Solvay on Jan. 1 as a part of a two-month transition.
