In local news: While parts of the Carolinas are still reeling from the impact of Hurricane Florence last month, the region is now bracing for more potential flooding problems as a result of Hurricane Michael. Upgraded to a Category 4 hurricane as of this morning, Michael is currently churning toward the Gulf Coast of Florida with sustained winds of 140 miles per hour. The National Hurricane Center warns the "extremely dangerous" storm could strengthen further before it makes landfall later today…
