Supreme Court ends watchdog group’s challenge to Duke Energy monopoly on solar-power sales

The N.C. Supreme Court has upheld a $60,000 fine against the watchdog group NC WARN and a finding that it illegally sold electricity to a Greensboro church from a solar project installed on the church roof.
