Southeast Anesthesiology seeks temporary restraining order against Atrium Health as contract dispute escalates

Southeast Anesthesiology Consultants has taken legal action to block Atrium Health from soliciting its anesthesiologists. Southeast, an affiliate of Florida-based Mednax (NYSE: MD), filed that motion in N.C. Business Court.
