National homebuilder plans 356-home community in Concord

A national homebuilder that entered the Charlotte market two years ago is planning more than 350 homes in a new Concord community called Hunton Forest. Taylor Morrison Home Corp. (NYSE: TMHC) is the sole homebuilder in the community, which is located on 120 acres off Poplar Tent Road in Concord. A model home and information center is open at the site.
