Kannapolis Gateway Business Park’s final building will be an $8 million combination retail and office structure. At least that’s what officials of Elevation Acquisition and Development of Charlotte told city officials they plan for the 7¼-acre site in the business park. Elevation Acquisition has agreed to pay $1.5 million for the parcel.
