HFF arranges nearly $16.1M in financing for high-density office building

A little more than $16 million in financing has been placed for a former Super Kmart store on Sardis Road North that has been converted into a high-density office building. The Carolinas office of HFF arranged the financing for INQ @ 2401 on behalf of the borrower, a partnership between DRA Advisors and Mainstreet Capital. HFF placed a floating-rate loan with HSBC. DRA and Mainstreet upfitted the former big-box store at 2401 Sardis Road North to offer 162,372 square feet of creative office space.…
