
The next step in the redevelopment of downtown Kannapolis may be up for a vote on Monday night. The Kannapolis City Council will decide then whether to take the city staff’s recommendation to approve Lansing Melbourne Group’s $61 million plan to build residential, retail and parking facilities at the city’s center.
