How Charlotte's jobless rate compares to other N.C. metro areas

June's unemployment rate dipped in the Charlotte region when compared to the previous year but inched up from May. Charlotte's jobless rate of 5% tied with three other North Carolina metros as the fifth-lowest in the state.
