A dual-branded Marriott International (NYSE: MAR) hotel above the EpiCentre is getting close to topping out. Vision Ventures, in partnership with McKibbon Hotel Group out of Tampa Fla., is building a stacked 116-room AC Hotels and a 184-room Residence Inn to total 300 new rooms and 22 floors at the EpiCentre.
