The Liberty will add a second location in south Charlotte early next year. Owners Matt Pera and Tom Condron say they’ve signed a lease for a 3,600-square-foot location in the Blakeney shopping center. “The Liberty, we think, is a perfect concept for Blakeney and vice-versa.
