Charlotte-based Allen Tate to open 42nd branch office in Statesville

Allen Tate Cos., based in Charlotte, recently announced its 42nd branch office in Statesville. The new location, which will open this summer, is at 117 North Center St., next to the Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce in the historic downtown area. The office will accommodate up to 20 agents and staff, including 12 local Realtors who recently joined Allen Tate.
