ACC commish expects new net to locate in Charlotte (PHOTOS)

After years of speculation and a week of constant leaks about a done deal, the Atlantic Coast Conference and Disney-owned cable sports giant ESPN confirmed they plan to start a TV channel dedicated to ACC sports in 2019.
