A SouthPark mixed-use project that won rezoning approval earlier this year has moved one step forward with a recent land acquisition. An entity of Childress Klein, CK Coltsgate LLC, purchased two tracts of land totaling 1.5 acres on Coltsgate Road for $4.6 million, Mecklenburg County property records show.
