A townhouse development is being mulled as part of a transit-oriented project long discussed for South End. Scaleybark Partners LLC, an entity affiliated with Charlotte development firm Pappas Properties, has filed pre-application materials with the city for a 58-unit townhouse project along Tryclan Drive, South Boulevard and Clanton Road.
