This mobile cupcake business is putting down roots. Cupcake Delirium has signed a lease for an 800-square-foot shop in Pineville. It is located at 219 Main St. Plans are to start selling sweet treats from that location in July, says Shannon Turrell, who owns the business with Russ Falkowski.
