New office building to be delivered in Ayrsley next year

Growth in southwest Charlotte has prompted the need for a new office building in that submarket. New Forum Inc., a local real estate firm, is at the helm of a 120,000-square-foot office building within Ayrsley, a mixed-use development at the corner of South Tryon Street and Interstate 485. The building, called One Silver Crescent, is off Ayrsley Town Boulevard and will overlook I-485.
