Piedmont Medical Center has a new chief executive. The Rock Hill health-care system announced Thursday that Bradley Talbert will fill that role, effective June 20. He is responsible for all areas of operations at Piedmont Medical Center. That 288-bed hospital is part of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare Corp. (NYSE: THC).
