We've all heard about the "less is more" approach. Well, the CBJ followed this mantra when asking our 40 Under 40 honorees to describe themselves; each individual in our class of 2016 picked one word (or phrase, in a couple of cases) that best describes them and gives us a little insight into their distinct personalities.
