CONCORD — One of the emcees at the Donald Trump rally on Monday in Concord asked for suggestions to start some crowd chants. The most popular impromptu slogans, based on the cheers at the Cabarrus Arena and Events Center, included “Build that Wall,” “Romney Sucks” and “Lock Her Up.” Guessing here that the lockee referred to Hillary Clinton, the Democratic front-runner.
