RGA Enterprises occupies 187,000 square feet at 4001 Performance Road but has signed a lease for more warehouse space in Charlotte because of increased demand for cleaning supplies during the Covid-19 outbreak. The contract manufacturer will occupy 41,475 square feet of space at 5101 Terminal St. in Charlotte.
