It's become a theme for some in 2020: “I’m disappointed but not surprised.”  That's the reaction of Michael Sharpton, manager of nightclub Scorpio, to Gov. Roy Cooper's announcement yesterday that North Carolina is once again extending phase 3 of its reopening strategy, according to The Charlotte Observer.
