La Belle Helene has permanently closed in uptown Charlotte. “Constellation Culinary Group, which opened La Belle Helene in 2018, is no longer operating the restaurant or the Parliament coffee shop at 300 S. Tryon, effective immediately,” according to a statement provided to the Charlotte Business Journal. Constellation is part of the Elior North America umbrella — also housed in the 300 South Tryon Building. La Belle Helene, a $3 million project, had been open uptown a little over two years.…
