The Charlotte area's multifamily pipeline continues to grow. Rezoning petitions for a couple of apartment developments received the green light in June from Charlotte City Council. One of those projects will add 325 apartments in SouthPark — at a former Fifth Third Bank branch at 6310 Fairview Road.
