Midwest Air Technologies leases big chunk of industrial building near Charlotte airport for distribution center

Midwest Air Technologies Inc. has signed a lease to occupy the remaining 316,900 square feet of space at the Charlotte Intermodal Logistics Center on Horton Road. The building, which is being developed by The Silverman Group, is expected to deliver later this year.
