Joni Davis, chief of diversity and inclusion at Duke Energy Corp., is replacing Shawn Heath as the CEO Lynn Good’s chief of staff. Heath stepped down as president of the Duke Energy Foundation and Good’s chief of staff on July 1 to become a special assistant to Charlotte City Manager Marcus Jones for Covid-19 recovery and resiliency.
