Charlotte bars, gyms and concert venues see more tough days ahead as N.C. reopening decision looms

N.C. Gov. Roy Cooper will disclose next week his plans to keep current limits on capacity and various industries in place. The state's second phase has gone three weeks longer than expected and Covid-19 cases and hospitalizations continue to increase.
