Jeld-Wen appeals ruling in dispute with Steves & Sons

Jeld-Wen Holding Inc. (NYSE: JELD) is appealing a court ruling and underlying judgment in a litigation dispute with Steves & Sons Inc., a family-owned manufacturer based in Texas, the Charlotte-based company said in a press release last week.
