The sprawling Waverly development in south Charlotte has two new retail tenants lined up. Fitness and lifestyle apparel company Athleta, a Gap Inc. (NYSE: GPS) brand, has snagged a 3,469-square-foot space next to sweets shop Tiff's Treats. And V's Barbershop is taking 1,0005 square feet next to the newly opened Foxcroft Wine Co. location.
