Carolina Treetop Challenge is one of the county’s newest outdoor recreational venues. It’s conveniently located at Rock Creek Park close to downtown Albemarle, Morrow Mountain State Park and Uwharrie National Forest.  This small, family-owned business began operation on June 1 and is a self-guided adventure climbing experience consisting of a variety of challenging treetop obstacles spanning five adult courses and one youth course.
