Construction has finally kicked off on this Tex-Mex concept in south Charlotte. Superica says it expects to open in the Strawberry Hill development by early next summer. That's at the corner of Sardis and Providence Roads in south Charlotte. Award-winning chef Ford Fry is behind that concept.
