Novel Stonewall Station has already added apartments and shops to uptown Charlotte and has served as a cornerstone for Stonewall Street’s development boom. And there’s more to come. The $150 million mixed-use project at 400 E. Stonewall St. was developed by Crescent Communities in partnership with CNM Enterprises, with the first phases opening in December 2018.
