NC Treasurer Dale Folwell calls for NCDOT secretary to be replaced over cash crunch

North Carolina Treasurer Dale Folwell is calling for the immediate replacement of state Transportation Secretary Jim Trogdon. Folwell’s office sent out a notice Thursday, calling for Gov.
