It looks as though the severely truncated N.C. Utilities Commission will soon be back to full strength. The N.C. Senate’s Select Committee voted to send three nominations for the seven-member board to the floor for a final vote, which is likely to happen next week. In May, Gov. Roy Cooper nominated State Sen.
