Wells Fargo holds contentious annual meeting

Wells Fargo’s annual meeting in Dallas on Tuesday was a contentious affair, signaling that Tim Sloan’s abrupt resignation as CEO last month has done little to quell the bank’s critics. The shareholder gathering was marked by Wells Fargo & Co.
