Raleigh-based BMC Stock Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: BMCH) announced Monday it had acquired Charlotte-area Locust Lumber for an undisclosed amount. BMC is a provider of diversified building products, services and innovative building solutions in the U.S. residential construction market.
