Report: Construction disturbs coal-ash fill site near Lake Norman High School

Construction near Lake Norman High School and recent heavy rains have disturbed about 40,000 tons of coal ash sold nearly 20 years ago and used as a structural fill, CBJ's TV news partner WSOC-TV reports.
