MPV Properties capped the first phase of its $50 million RedStone development in Indian Land earlier this year. The 310,000-square-foot center, anchored by a Stone Theatres movie complex, is at S.C. Highway 160 and U.S. Highway 521 in northern Lancaster County. The location positions it to cater to the fast-growing communities of Ballantyne, Fort Mill and Sun City.
