This Concord Mills shop wants to become a destination for quality coffees, ice cream, desserts and wine. The Percantile & Creamery has snagged 2,300 square feet at 8635 Concord Mills Blvd.  It aims to fill a niche with its 1920s theme and diverse offerings, says Sean Colas, owner.  Percantile & Creamery’s grand-opening celebration is set for Nov. 2.
