A joint venture between White Point Partners and Paces Properties is breathing new life into a former gingham mill in Optimist Park. The $60 million, adaptive-reuse project, called Optimist Hall, sits on an 11.9-acre parcel on East 16th Street. The 1890s mill is becoming a mix of creative office, retail and a food hall.
