North Carolina's largest health insurer to offer lower-cost plans for small businesses in 2019

Insurance provider Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina will roll out a new plan for individuals and small groups next year that it says offers cost savings of up to 30%. Premium savings will equal an average of 33% – $230 per member per month –– for individuals. Small group plans will see a premium savings of 30%, or $140 per member per month.
