A new brewery expects to open in NoDa next year. Lat Purser & Associates says it has signed a lease with Three Pillars Brewing. It will occupy 1,700 square feet at Fat City Lofts, at the corner of North Davidson and East 35th streets. That space was formerly occupied by NoDa Grocery. Plans call for that brewery and taproom to open early next year. Further details were not immediately available.
