This upscale nail salon will bring a new option to the University area. Elevation Beauty & Nail Spa will open on Saturday.  Mariel Chevalier is behind that venture at 8821 JW Clay Blvd. “There were no luxury nail salons in the University area and I felt there was an opportunity to expose the area to affordable and quality nail services with great customer service,” Chevalier says.
