This frozen custard chain is expanding its footprint with a Fort Mill location. Whit’s Frozen Custard has signed a lease for 1,494 square feet at the Carolina Commerce Center. That 8,100-square-foot shopping center is located on Highway 160, near the intersection of Interstate 77. Whit’s expects to open the location — its first in South Carolina — in early 2019.
