Harrisburg will gain a tap house and brewery this fall. Four friends have teamed up on Percent Tap House & Small Batch Brewery. It will be located at 4250 Main St., Suite 109. That 1,600-square-foot space aims to be a destination for craft-beer enthusiasts and casual beer drinkers with a wide range of local craft beer, says Carl-Jay Castaneda. “Charlotte is a fantastic market for craft beer,” he says.
